We use your information to: process and fulfil your orders; register, verify, and activate your product warranty; send you order and warranty notifications; respond to your enquiries; and operate, maintain, and improve our website and services.

We contact you by email about your order or warranty — for example your warranty activation link and your warranty certificate. These are sent through our email provider and relate only to a request you made.

We may also message you on WhatsApp using the number you gave us, for example to ask about a purchase invoice. These messages are sent by a person at Babeco from our own business phone; we do not use an automated messaging platform, and we do not upload your number to any messaging or advertising service.

We do not send marketing without your consent, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run our systems: our database and file storage provider (Supabase), our email provider (Resend), and our website host (Vercel). These providers process your data on our behalf and only as needed to deliver their service. We may also disclose information where required by law.

We use essential cookies and similar browser storage only — to keep you signed in, remember the items in your cart, and remember your language choice. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites. Our website analytics measure page visits without cookies and without identifying you.

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services, honour warranties, and meet legal or accounting obligations. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
