WPC Door Factory in Egypt

A factory, not a reseller

Many "WPC" doors on the market are imported or assembled from bought-in parts. Babeco runs its own production line: we own the moulds for our WPC profile, so we control the leaf, ribs and frame of every door we sell.

How we make a WPC door

• The WPC profile: wood powder blended with polymers and pushed through our mould into a 4.5 cm leaf with 5 mm ribs.
• The frame: a true WPC profile of 5 cm on the hinge side and 3 cm on the other — no timber insert.
• The surface: the WPC is sanded like wood, then the colour film is bonded with PUR glue imported from Germany.
• Finishing: PVC films in wood and linen tones, or Duco paint.

Quality we can show you

• Crush test: cars and a 4-ton forklift driven over a door.
• Water test: doors submerged in water without swelling.
• 4-nail hang test: a door held by four nails with a grown man hanging from it.
• Lifetime warranty against water, moisture, insects and termites, registered on our website.

What we produce

• WPC interior doors: flat and design, for bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens.
• Fluted WPC wall panels and chip board sheets for walls and TV walls.
• Bathroom units in moisture-proof foam board.
• Armored steel entrance doors in the same colours as our WPC doors.
