Door leaf and frame
- Leaf thickness: 45 mm.
- Internal ribs: 5 mm.
- Frame profile: 50 mm (hinge side) + 30 mm — true WPC throughout.
- Surface: PVC film bonded with PUR adhesive imported from Germany, or Duco paint finish.
Sizes and weights
- Height: 215 cm.
- Widths: 80, 90 and 100 cm.
- Weight: leaf 25–27 kg; complete set with frame and bar 43–45 kg.
Performance
- Water and moisture: no swelling or warping (water-immersion test).
- Termites and insects: resistant.
- Load: survives our crush test of cars and a 4-ton forklift driven over the leaf.
- Fixing: holds under the 4-nail hang test without a timber insert.
- Warranty: lifetime, against water, moisture, insects and termites.
